Marriage Dissolution

Dissolution of marriage represents a new beginning for an entire family. Each dissolution is unique. As a result, an emphasis is placed upon understanding the emotional as well as the financial impact of dissolution. Decisions made on issues such as property distribution, maintenance, child support, and residential placement and visitation of children will affect the client, the opposing party and the children for years to come. Our objective is to help the client focus upon the long-term implications of their individualized dissolution goals. In doing so, we aim to put the client in a position poised to accept new opportunities as the next chapter of their life begins.
